You may initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.
Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and certificates.
- Returns without the original certificate will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be handled with care.
- We do not cover international customs duties or taxes on returns.
- Returns for customized or made-to-order items are not accepted unless approved by our team.
Exchanges
- In the event of an exchange request, REWA will arrange the pickup at no additional cost to you.
- The item must meet our return condition standards to qualify for an exchange.
Additional Notes
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return to prevent damage during transit.
- For customers based in the EU, applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) will also apply.
